A book launch event for “Respect: Gaining It and Sustaining It” was held in downtown Boston to mark the official kickoff of a series of public events and speaking engagements. The event hosted by Philip W. Johnston – former Clinton appointee (HHS Regional Director) and former Mass secretary of Health and Human Services – initiated a dialogue emphasizing the importance of respect in the increasingly diverse culture in today’s society, especially among youth. The author, N. Taiwo, a friend of Johnston, gave an engaging speech on the same topic.
