Respect is a major driver of success in life.
I believe that Respect is a key measure of a quality lifestyle.

Niyi Taiwo is a highly respected professional, a dynamic speaker, and a continuous improvement management consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the founder of a continuous improvement consulting firm specializing in Business Performance Improvement solutions and educational services. The firm offers management solutions focused on quality improvement, productivity improvement, business process improvement, risk management, and continuous improvement strategies.

Prior to establishing the consulting practice, he worked as a consulting Manager for the U.S. consulting firm – BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting) – providing consulting solutions primarily to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and U.K.

Everyone that I have met, in the course of business, I have treated with respect; these include many who have later proven not to have deserved it. Everyone that I have met, outside the course of doing business, I have also treated with respect; most of them, if not all, have proven to have deserved it.

He served as the head of an Information Technology Services group at the Boston office of Scudder Investments, a Wall Street Investment Services firm. He also spent a few years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company, another Boston-based Wall Street Investment firm.

His extensive consulting career has afforded him the privilege of working with leading world class organizations, large companies, as well as emerging innovative enterprising firms that include – The World Bank, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, NatWest, State Street Bank & Trust Company, State Street Global Advisors, Bank of America USA and UK (previously Fleet Bank), Robertson Stephens Brokerage Services, Putnam Investments, Relocation Resources (now part of Weichert Relocation Services), and The Computer Company, Inc., to name a few.

He has consulted in the public sectors (federal and state), with agencies that include The United States ICH, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, and UMass Medical School – Commonwealth Medicine.

Every business professional acquires expertise, experiences, and valuable knowledge over time. Unless shared with society, for the benefit of others, these assets remain untapped and do not attain a full potential.

He served as the interim Chief Information Officer to two Secretaries of Health and Human Services (Commonwealth of Massachusetts) under the Governor Jane Swift Administration.

He holds a Master’s degree from RPI, Troy, New York and a Bachelor’s degree from WPI, Worcester, Massachusetts. He is a Lean Professional, PMO Expert, and an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
